RRB JE Exam
RRB JE is a Central Government Examination conducted for filling various vacancies of technical profile in the Indian Railways. The Railway Recruitment Board Junior Engineer, abbreviated as RRB JE, exam is conducted by the RRBs (Railway Recruitment Boards) to hire deserving candidates from engineering backgrounds to fill in various technical profiles in the Indian Railways. The RRB JE recruitment is a process or exercise meant to recruit JE (Junior Engineer), CMA (Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant), Junior Engineer (Information Technology) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS). Aspirants interested in appearing for the RRB JE 2021 exam must submit the application form online. The exam notification is yet to be declared by the recruiting board.

According to the RRB Exam eligibility, a candidate must have the following Nationalities:
- A citizen of India
- A subject of Bhutan or Nepal
- A Tibetan Refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently live in India)
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Uganda, Burma, Sri Lanka, Malawi, Zaire, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with to permanently live in India.

- Applicants who are yet to obtain their degree are not qualified to apply.
- Applicants in their last semester are not qualified to apply.
- Applicants can not opt for various RRB JE posts. A particular post can only be selected during the application process.
RRB JE Eligibility Medical/Documentation Certification
Applicants to meet the Railway JE eligibility need to pass the required physical fitness test carried by the Railway Administration to make certain that they are medically fit to carry out the duties concerned to the post chosen by them.

You should know that RRB JE Question papers will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type. The questions paper will be in English and other languages such as Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
The RRB JE Exam Pattern consists of the following 4 stages:
- First Stage of CBT
- Second Stage of CBT
- Document Verification / Medical Examination
- Final Selection
It is necessary that candidates pass both the first two stages in order to appear for the Document Verification/Medical Examination stage. Failing any one stage means that the candidate will not pass the RRB JE Recruitment process.
